Klares consolidates fragmented data and automates manual work across IR, compliance, legal, and operations — so your team moves faster on what actually matters.
DDQ responses are one of the most time-intensive tasks in investor relations. Here's what that process looks like before and after Klares.
Responding to an LP's due diligence questionnaire — manually, across disconnected systems, with no version control.
Klares autofills a draft from your existing data — your analyst reviews and approves, never writes from scratch.
Ready-to-use AI workflows tailored to each team's daily work — no custom prompting, no accuracy guesswork.
Surface portfolio-relevant signals before your team asks — across holdings, sectors, factors, and supply chains — and manage the research pipeline end to end.
From DDQ autofill to LP reporting and campaign management — handle the full IR workload with AI that knows your documents, history, and communication style.
Automate document completion, KYC packs, and compliance queries. Get instant answers from your policies and procedures without digging through files or email chains.
Automate the high-volume, time-critical daily tasks that keep your fund running — so your ops team reviews AI-prepared outputs rather than building them from scratch every morning.
Four core capabilities powering every module — built for the workflows of investment management firms.
Automatically organises and indexes your documents, emails, and files — making data instantly searchable and accessible across all teams and funds.
Accelerates daily tasks by auto-filling forms, generating drafts, and routing work through tracked workflows — freeing your team for higher-value activity.
Instant AI-powered answers from your firm's own documents — policies, prior DDQs, research notes — without digging through folders or email chains.
Seamlessly syncs emails, calendar, and contacts from Microsoft Outlook — keeping your CRM updated automatically with zero manual effort.
A centralised, version-controlled repository for all fund documents — DDQs, KYC packs, reports, agreements — with category filtering and access controls.
Your data is never used for model training. Each deployment is isolated to your firm — built for the security standards of institutional finance.
Klares sits between your fragmented data sources and your teams — aggregating, organising, and activating it through function-specific AI workflows.
Klares ingests data from SharePoint, Outlook, fund admin systems, PMS/EMS, sell-side research, and your file library — creating a single organised data environment.
Each team accesses pre-built workflows tailored to their role — IR, compliance, CIO, or ops. No prompt engineering. No accuracy concerns. Ready on day one.
Your team shifts from building documents from scratch to reviewing AI-generated drafts, summaries, and completed forms — moving 3× faster on every task.
As your fund grows, Klares scales with it — handling more data, more LPs, more compliance obligations — without proportional growth in your operations team.
Designed from the ground up for the security and confidentiality requirements of investment management firms.
Your firm's data is never used to train AI models. Every deployment is fully isolated to your environment.
We evaluate and select the most accurate AI models for each specific workflow — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Every action, document version, and communication is logged — giving your compliance team the oversight they need.
Klares is configured to your workflows, data structures, and compliance requirements before go-live.
Granular access management ensures each team member sees only what's relevant to their function and clearance level.
We partner with your team through deployment, testing, and ongoing support — not a hand-off and walk away.
Klares was founded by two veterans of institutional finance who spent years inside the workflows that the platform now automates.
Our founders bring together two decades of senior experience at one of the world's leading investment banks — spanning prime brokerage, equity financing, and hedge fund client coverage on one side, and quantitative analytics and engineering on the other. One built deep expertise in how investment management firms operate day-to-day: where time is lost, where errors compound, and what it actually takes to run a fund efficiently. The other spent a career building quantitative systems that process complex financial data at institutional scale. Together, they built Klares because they saw the same problem from both sides — and knew exactly what it would take to solve it.
We start with a 30-minute discovery session to understand your team's biggest pain points — then show you exactly how Klares solves them.
